Low-Income Affordable Housing
The BCA as a non-profit community-based organization is an affordable infield housing developer, which is being used to create small business contractor development and youth apprenticeship training opportunity. The local BCA is partnering with public agencies and private investors who are committed to supporting the inner-city community create badly need housing.
BCA has received land and lot donation to help create affordable housing, business development opportunities, and job training opportunities for underrepresented citizens.
Small Business Development
The BCA monthly business mixers are the place to be, where opportunity meets prosperity. It’s being in the room at the right time and place, where partners are made. Large contractors are looking to work with emerging contractors looking for a come up. The public agency's mission is to help small contractors find away, who mandate that larger contractors use small business where all businesses get an equal opportunity.
