Black Contractor's Association 

The National Black Contractors Association is based in Southern Calfinina with 17 Affiliate Chapters in five States.  It houses the Inner-City Community Unilateral Apprenticeship Committee Program, which is the "Nation's First" African American Federal and State Certified Apprenticeship Program. www.nationalbca.org 

 

The facility also provides the Inner-City Community Labor Pool, George L. Stevens' Hall, BCA's Hall of Fame, Booker T. Washington Contractors Entrepreneurial Training Institute, 3 Plan Rooms, and a General Membership Meeting Place which meets every 2nd Wednesday of the Month at 12:00 noon.
