Located at 6125 Imperial Avenue, San Diego, California, the BCA provides plans reading rooms, board and meetings rooms, computer lab, and apprenticeship training center for its members and public use.
The BCA Center serves as a "house" for the Inner-City Community Unilateral Apprenticeship Program, the "Nation's First" African American State Certified Apprenticeship Program. The facility also acts as headquarters for BCA, Inc., the Inner-City Community Labor Pool, George L. Stevens' Hall, BCA's Hall of Fame, Booker T. Washington Contractors Entrepreneurial Training Institute, 3 Plan Rooms, and General Membership Meeting Place 2nd Wednesday of the Month at 5:00 p.m.
